Black Cats and Pumpkins Nail Art

Black Cats and Pumpkins Nail Art

Back to Halloween with some cute and scary nail art! Or maybe not that scary. Since there are so many prompts in the Halloween Challenge by Clairestelle8 I combined two of them into one design. That way I can do them all and still have some time left for things I actually have to do. :D

The base color is two coats "319 Light Dove" by Kiko Milano. I'm in love with how well this color fits with the orange of the pumpkins. It's like a match made in heaven (or hell?) and it only took like 4 tries to find it! The design is hand painted using the "Edinburgh Realism 3" by StylishNailArtShop, the "Tartofraises roubloff detail 00" brush by Adnails Manucure, and as always Jo Sonja's acrylic paint.

Yesterday's prompt for the Halloween challenge was "Black Cats". I wanted to make mine look cute and lovable, because I absolutely adore black cats. They are so stunning and I always find it such a shame that they are a symbol of bad luck and associated with evil, although that seem to be less these days. Yay for black cats! The next prompt for this month is "pumpkins" so instead of evil cats, I went with demonic pumpkins who'll come haunt you in your sleep, muahahaha!!

Look at these adorable little cuties! Who wouldn't love these! :) This is definitely one of the times that I absolutely love everything about my mani, the colors, the design... These will be staying on my nails until they start to chip so badly it's unbearable. :D If you want to know how to get this design or just be entertained for a minute you can watch the tutorial below. Happy almost Halloween!!
