Rewatched all the Star Wars movies? Check! Got a ticket for opening night? Check! Matched nails? Double check! It's finally here, today is the opening day of Star Wars: The Force Awakens in Belgium and I can't wait to see the movie tonight. *tutorial included*
I haven't watched or read anything about the new movie yet to avoid any spoilers, so I have absolutely no clue what this movie is about and based this mani on the characters from the movie poster.
The base color is two coats of "Haute Tub" by Essie (swatch). The gorgeous black with tiny deep purple sparkles makes for the perfect space-like background for this mani.
All the characters are hand-painted using acrylic paint and the "Edinburgh Realism 3" brush by StylishNailArtShop.
From left to right: BB-8 (How cute is that little droid!), millennium falcon, a Stormtrooper and lastly Kylo Ren who is the new Star Wars villain.
Although it took a long time to draw, it was a lot of fun and this is by far my favorite nail art I've ever done.
